Floor Plans

The security deposit for this property is equal to $300 for studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms and $500 for 3 bedrooms. A Pre-Lease Deposit of $300 or $500 is due at the time of application depending on the unit size. Once approved, the Pre-Lease Deposit will be applied towards your security deposit. The following is due at the time of application:

• Pre-Lease Deposit
• $45 non-refundable application fee per (age 18+) applicant

Applications fees must be paid in one of the following ways:

• Credit card or ACH (e-check) with an online application
• Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hornig Companies) with a hard copy application
  • All in-person applications must be turned in directly to the Hornig Companies office.
  • Checks are accepted for security deposits with hard copy applications.

Once approved for occupancy and prior to signing the Lease Agreement, the remainder of your Security Deposit will be due.  Applicants with limited housing history may be asked for an additional deposit. Additional pet deposits and fees may apply. Only fully completed application forms with all fees and security deposits paid will be processed.
